Wrinkles will inevitably develop as we get older and these annoying creases are either ‘dynamic’, caused by repeated facial movements such as smiling and frowning, or ‘static’, formed by the gradual loss of skin boosting substances, such as collagen and hyaluronic acid. They can also be accelerated by sun exposure, stress, diet, weight loss and genetics.

Wrinkle reduction (with botulinum type A)

We use an ultra-fine needle to precisely deliver tiny amounts of a purified protein that works by preventing certain facial muscles from contracting and so stops the skin from creasing. This visibly reduces ‘dynamic’ wrinkles such as laughter and forehead lines, resulting in noticeably smoother skin.

This speedy treatment usually takes around 10-15 minutes and will start to take effect in a couple of days. There is no need for a recovery period, so you will be free to walk out of the surgery and get on with your life, with beautifully improved skin.

Dermal fillers

These provide a natural looking way to enhance facial contours by smoothing lines and boosting areas of lost elasticity. They can also be used to improve lip definition to give you a younger looking pout.

The safe gel-like filler is injected using a very fine needle and will give instant, long lasting results in areas such as the cheeks or those lines that run from the nose to the mouth.

Treatment top-ups

The effects of these facial treatments will begin to wear off over time, so you will need top-ups to retain your fresh, new look. It’s worth noting that regular use of wrinkle reduction (with botulinum type A) can help the effects last longer so you will eventually be able to wait a little longer between repeat treatments.
